These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of maprevive.com and any services provided by MapRevive ("MapRevive," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

What we do

MapRevive provides consulting and assistance related to Google Business Profile diagnosis, reinstatement case preparation, listing optimization, and local search visibility. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins. The "free business check" is an initial, no-obligation review.

No guarantee of results

Local search outcomes and Google Business Profile reinstatements are ultimately decided by Google, not by MapRevive. We help you diagnose issues, correct legitimate problems, prepare evidence, and submit appeals correctly — but we do not and cannot guarantee reinstatement, specific rankings, traffic, calls, or any particular result. Any timelines are estimates.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your business.
• Have the authority to request changes or appeals for the business and profile in question.
• Not ask us to misrepresent your business or violate Google's policies — we only pursue legitimate, policy-compliant recovery.

Fees & payment

Paid services are quoted in advance. Fees are for the work and expertise provided and are not contingent on a specific outcome unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Payment terms are set out in your engagement.

Not affiliated with Google

MapRevive is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Google LLC. "Google," "Google Business Profile," and "Google Maps" are trademarks of Google LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapRevive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, visibility, or data, arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this Site are owned by MapRevive and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
